Winning Forum Challenge Photo - Weather

 Congratulations to Hilpi Ostlund, for winning the forum photo challenge "Weather".  Hilpi is a student in the Fundamentals of Digital Photography program.  Here's what she said about this wonderful winter scene.   

"I took the photo about one o'clock in the afternoon late in November when it was snowing rather heavily, but there was no wind so the snowflakes fell very quietly. Unfortunately it was too dark to photograph so I decided to see what my camera's flash could do and this is the resault. I took the photo handheld from the upper floor window, steading the camera on the window board.  Camera settings: 1/125 sec,   f6.3, ISO 400, at 30 mm."
